By accessing and using the GrowMint Family mobile application (App), you agree to the collection, use, and processing of your data as described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the GrowMint Family App. "User," "You," "Your," and "Yourself" refer to anyone who accesses, uses, or registers on the App.

GrowMint Family is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those regarding the collection, processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data. This includes strict adherence to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other relevant regulations governing financial and credit asset information.

2. Nature, Categories of Collected Data and Its Purpose

We collect certain data from you to provide, secure, and enhance our services in GrowMint Family. The data we collect may be directly provided by you, collected automatically as you use the App, or received from third-party institutional networks based on your explicit consent. Below are the types of data we collect:

Account Information

When you sign up or log in to the GrowMint Family App, we collect your mobile number to facilitate secure sign-up, authentication, and account maintenance. Additional user information (such as PAN, Name, or Date of Birth) may be required to verify your identity and comply with regulatory requirements set by ReBIT, RBI, or credit bureaus.

Credit Score & Bureau Data

When you opt to use our Credit Score Fetch feature, we collect your identifying details (such as PAN, Name, and Mobile Number) to query RBI-authorized Credit Information Companies (CICs/Credit Bureaus). With your explicit authorization, we fetch your credit score, active loan/credit card lines, payment histories, and overall credit summary.

Vehicle & Asset Tracking Information

When you use our vehicle tracking feature, we collect the vehicle registration number provided by you. We use this to retrieve information from central/state government vehicle registries (e.g., VAHAN) or authorized third-party data providers. This includes registration details, make/model, fuel type, fitness validity, and hypothecation/loan status.

Family Group & Member Information

When a Primary User (group creator) adds or invites family members, we collect contact information (such as mobile number or name) to facilitate sending the invitation. For invited family members who accept and join, we collect their profile information and associate it with the specific family group.

Family Member Aggregated Asset Data

With the explicit and individual consent of each family member, we retrieve and sync their financial accounts, portfolio details, credit summary, or vehicle assets from respective data providers and display them on the consolidated family dashboard.

Analytics Information

We collect information like your name, address, phone number, email, postal address, gender, etc., to improve your user experience and conduct analytics for better service delivery.

Browsing & Usage Information

We may collect your IP address, device type, operating system, and details of your usage of the App, including the use of cookies or similar technologies to analyze how the App is used.

Device & Security Information

We collect device-related information (e.g., device ID, SIM serial number, IMEI number) for security purposes, including implementing SIM and device binding mechanisms. This ensures your account is accessed only from a trusted device and SIM combination.

Geographical Information

To detect and prevent security issues, unauthorized logins, and fraud, we may collect your geographical location.

3. How We Use Your Data

We collect and process your data strictly for the following purposes:

  • To provide you with requested services, financial aggregation, credit insights, and vehicle data tracking.
  • To respond to your inquiries and communicate necessary transactional or regulatory updates.
  • To analyze and improve the App's functionality, UI/UX, and performance.
  • To prevent fraud, identity theft, or abuse and protect the security architecture of the App.
  • To fulfill legal and regulatory obligations as required by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Credit Information Companies Regulation Act (CICRA), and other legal entities.
  • To consolidate the wealth, credit, and asset dashboards of consent-giving family members and present a unified view to the Primary User of the family group.

We do not use your data for any purpose other than those specified in this Privacy Policy or as explicitly agreed upon by you.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third-party marketers. Data sharing occurs only under strict authorized parameters:

Financial & Bureau Infrastructure

As part of our services, we route your data queries securely to FIPs, Credit Bureaus, and official vehicle registries based on your explicit authorization.

Data Sharing within Family Groups

If you join a GrowMint Family group as a family member, your linked financial portfolio, credit summaries, and vehicle asset tracking details will be shared and displayed to the Primary User who invited you. This data sharing is strictly conditional on your explicit, individual consent. You retain the right to restrict what specific assets (e.g., sharing financial tracking but hiding credit scores) are visible, based on available in-app privacy toggles.

Business Transfers

In case of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or any similar transaction, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will ensure that the new entity handles your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Legal Obligations

We may disclose your information if required by law, in response to a legal order, or to protect our legal rights, security, and safety.

5. Data Retention

Your personal data is retained only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as mandated by financial and credit regulatory frameworks in India. You can request that your data be deleted, and we will comply with your request within the bounds of applicable statutory data-retention laws.

6. Privacy Controls

We believe in giving you absolute control over your information:

  • Review Your Data: You can review the financial data, credit reports, and vehicle details pulled into your user dashboard at any time.
  • Delete Your Data / Revoke App Access: If you wish to delete your account data, you can email us at helpdesk@anvtech.co. Note that history cached on your device will be removed, but logs required for regulatory audits (like account aggregator or bureau query logs) must be retained as per law.
  • Family Sharing Revocation: As a family member, you can instantly revoke consent to share your financial portfolio, credit stats, or vehicle data via the App settings. Upon revocation, all data retrieval for the group dashboard halts immediately, and your metrics are permanently wiped from the Primary User's view.

7. Operation and Transfer of Data

We do not engage in cross-border transfer of personal data outside India. All user data, financial credentials, credit histories, and asset records are processed and securely stored on servers located entirely within India, in compliance with local data localization directives and the DPDP Act, 2023.

8. Data Security

We employ robust, industry-standard measures to protect your personal data. We use enterprise-grade encryption technology (such as AES-256 and Secure Socket Layer/TLS encryption) to safeguard your data during transmission and rest. Additionally, we align our systems with ISO/IEC 27001 standards for Information Security Management Systems and follow strict guidelines to prevent data leaks or unauthorized data mining.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by providing a revised version in the GrowMint Family App. Any changes to the policy will take effect only after your review and consent, if required, before proceeding with our services.
